One per line. Standing facts, used when a message doesn't spell something out. What you wrote about a meal always wins over these.

Checking for unpriced meals
A meal the expert has not got to yet has no calories. This is when the app looks, and tells you if any are still waiting.
Eating window
When the day's eating is meant to start and end. The reminder above is what reads it.
Diet Guidance
Add the plan your dietitian gave you, in their words. Every
morning the app reads yesterday against it and says what held,
what did not, and what to change today.

Anything at all — what is confusing, what is missing, what got
the calories wrong. It arrives with your account and which version
you are on, so there is nothing else to describe.
Your data
Where it lives
Everything you log — your words, your photos, your voice notes,
your weight — is stored on Cloudflare, in one database, under
your account. Nothing is sold and nothing is shared with other users.
What leaves it
Your meal text and photos go to Anthropic to work out the calories,
and nowhere else. When you name a place, that name goes to Google to
find it on a map. Your position is only ever compared with your home
point on this device — it is never stored with a meal.
Getting rid of it
Delete any entry from its ••• at any time. Deleting your
account removes everything above with it, including your photos and
anything you sent as feedback. There is no copy kept.

Your watch
Apple only lets a native app read your watch. The Shortcuts app
already on your iPhone does it for free — add the shortcut,
paste the key once, and never touch it again.
Your key — copy it now
It is shown once and never again. Lost it? Remove the device below
and connect again.
Open Shortcuts on your iPhone. It came with the phone and costs nothing.
Add the ready-made shortcut from docs/apple-watch.md — or build it: Find Workouts → Get Contents of URL, POST to /api/health/activity.
Paste this key as the Authorization header, as “Bearer …”. Then set it to run when a workout ends.

Locations
Where I live
Stand at home and tap the button. Places only start being recorded
once home is known, and your position is only ever compared with
this point — it is never saved with your meals.
Places you visit
After 3 visits, a place becomes a favorite (starred) and "what to
eat" answers from what you've had there before instead of looking
it up again.
